Articles/Reviews:

Harry & Aliona: This was a beautiful routine, a nice mix of passionate and elegant. Much credit to Aliona. He does have the makings of a brilliant dancer – wouldn’t exactly say he was a ‘rough’ diamond as he’s got a lot of polish already, but I agree with the judges when they say he needs to finely tune the posture and the like. But lots to be positive about (and I don’t think he really needs to worry about going home early). Oh dear, Len *raises handbag* the Aliona comments were a bit uncalled for. I do think she needs to be a bit careful with what she says sometimes but I think Len’s been rather unfair to Aliona for a while now. Yes, comment on the choreography by all means, but surely it’s about marking the celeb and not the dancer. Hope Harry isn’t hard done by because of Len’s issues with Aliona (I think he was rather hard on Matt at times last year because of the same thing) Source

McFly’s Harry Judd was the penultimate dancer tongith with his partner Aliona Vilani. Dancing the foxtrot Harry was hoping to add to his impressive score from last week. Receiving a standing ovation from the crowd Harry also impressed the judges. Craig said that Harry can dance but that he needs to sort his posture out. Len was stroppy with Aliona over a comment she made on It Takes Two and said the dance was ok. Alesha said Harry was one of the best dancers in the competition whilst Bruno said there is something ‘special about Harry’. Source

Such a cute start! Twists and twirls into the hold; a hold which is pretty good by the way! Harry can move which is good – he has avoided looking like a plank of wood but yet he isn’t all over the place. Although, he does need to work on not looking down so much. Another standing ovation for him. But I never really have anything to say regarding foxtrots – they seem too short! Source

And McFly drummer Harry Judd once again did well with the judges, performing a foxtrot with Aliona Vilani that saw him drop only one point from last week’s score of 28.”I think there’s something very very special about Harry,” Bruno Tonioli said, while Craig told Aliona, “You need to sort his posture out, because he could be fantastic.” Source

Parents of McFly’s Harry cheer him on in Strictly Come Dancing from their home in Clare Source

Harry Judd, who scored 27, was supported by McFly bandmates Dougie Poynter and Tom Fletcher in the audience, but barely managed a smile.

Alesha advised him: ‘I think you move brilliantly and let’s be honest, you’re one of the best dancers in this competition, but because of that, the judges are harder.’ Source
